St.
David’s Day 2006 was celebrated in style with the inaugural
St. David’s Ball at The Kerry Centre Hotel in Beijing.
A traditional meal of leek and potato soup, lamb and even Caerphilly
cheese were on the menu. We were extremely fortunate to be joined
by the 50 strong Swansea Male Choir, who flew in especially
to entertain us courtesy of The Pavillion Bar and Restaurant.
Other sponsors included ASC Wines, The Kerry centre Hotel and
the WDA. HE Mr. William Erhman, British Ambassador to China
